Waves have settled down a bit but are still really solid and are in the 6ft+ range from the SE. The wind has also settled down is currently out of the S, the beach breaks are still not handling the size but with the drop in size and wind should be a few more options today with a bit of searching. A pretty overcast day and still a chance of more rain.
