Sunday 30th Sept 2012

There are some small 2ft peaks around this morning with the swell out of the SE and a light W wind making conditions quite clean. There are a few lumps out at sea but still quite small with the odd rideable one coming in. A great looking day with just a slight chill in the air.

Saturday 29th Sept 2012

Waves are pretty small around the 1-2ft mark from the ENE with a pretty strong NW wind holding any hope of swell out to sea. The odd one that does get through is having trouble breaking until the shore with the high tide not helping. A really overcast day with maybe a chance of a shower and fresh winds.

A North wind is up pretty early this morning making conditions pretty messy, the waves are in the 2ft range from the NE with the odd peak coming through but quite full with the high tide. An overcast day with pretty warm temps already.

Wednesday 26th Sept 2012

Waves have dropped a little are are in the 2ft range from the ESE, joined by a really light NE wind, which is making it slightly choppy on the wave faces. Still the ok wave coming through but just a little small and lacking push, with the waves having no trouble breaking with the low tide approaching. A partly cloudy day but quite warm temps.

Monday 24th Sept 2012

Waves are still in the 2ft range from the SE with a lighten SSW wind up quite early and putting a little surface chop on the face of the waves. The waves are lacking a little push and size and seem to be dribbling through, although there are a few lines to give a little hope of some swell. Not a bad looking day with a little chilly start to the early morning.

Sunday 23rd Sept 2012

Waves are still in the 2ft range from the SE, joined by a light W wind making it pretty clean. Again the waves are pretty peaky and are lacking a little size and push, but occasionally a nice one comes through. Another great looking day with pretty warm temps.

Thursday 20th Sept 2012

Waves just don't want to leave, with the swell still in the 3ft range from the ESE with a light W wind making conditions nice and clean. The waves are again quite peaky with both some good running rights and lefts, definitely worth getting out there. Another thing that doesn't want to leave is the weather with a partly cloudy day but really warm temps early, good day for a surf.

Wednesday 19th Sept 2012

Waves are in the consistent 3ft range from the ESE, with a light W wind making conditions quite clean. Tuesday 18th Sept 2012

Waves just don't want to go away with the swell still in the 3ft range with the odd bigger set, and conditions are nice and clean with a light W wind. Some really nice peaks coming through with the lefts seem to be running a little more but definitely worth getting wet. A mostly sunny day with the odd cloud around and quite mild temps.

Monday, September 17, 2012

Monday 17th Sept 2012

Waves are still hanging around in the consistent 4ft range from the SE, the wind is up a little from the S and putting a bit of surface chop on the wave faces. Still some rideable waves depending on what the wind does, with the protected southern corners the best options. A bit of an overcast day and could even be a chance of a shower.

Saturday 15th Sept 2012

Waves have dropped to the 2ft range from the SE, there are still some pretty good lines of swell coming through but just a little small. The wind is a fresh SSW, putting a little surface chop on the faces, again it is pretty peaky and the waves are having trouble breaking with the filling tide. A partly cloudy day with a little chill in the air, but while there is still a little swell around it is probably worth getting wet.
