Waves have popped a little to be around 4-5ft from the ESE, the wind is pretty much a straight Southerly making conditions quite messy. The protected southern corners would be your best best and while there is a little bit of swell around you should be able to find a wave. bit of an overcast day with the sun trying to poke through.
