Friday 10th May 2013

 Waves have drooped again and are in the 1-2ft range from the ESE, joined by a light WSW wind making it really clean. There is the odd one breaking but the drop in swell is making it a little difficult with a lack of push, may be a bit of searching to the spots that suck the swell may turn up something. The run of good weather continues and another great looking day ahead.

 Waves have dropped a little and are in the 2ft range with the odd bigger set out of the ESE, the wind is a light W making conditions nice and clean. There are still plenty of lines of swell but it has just dropped a bit and is looking a little weak, in saying that still the odd set and still worth getting wet. A really nice looking day and another reason to get wet.

 Waves are looking really nice this morning and are still in the 4ft range from the SE, joined by a light WSW wind making it quite clean. There are good looking peaks all over the place and do not hesitate as there is a fair bit of cloud to the S and the wind may come up sooner than later. A bit of cloud around but not too bad a day.

Tuesday 7th May 2013

 Waves are still hanging in the 4-5ft range from the SE, joined by a light SW wind. The waves have some pretty nice shape but look a little lumpy and a bit unorganised with the beach breaks only just handling the size. A pretty cloudy day and a little cool.

Monday 6th May 2013

 Waves are still pretty solid and are still in the 4-5ft range from the SE, the wind is a moderate but chilly SW making it fairly clean. The beach breaks are just handling the size and with a bit of searching should be able to find a decent wave. Not a bad looking day with the wind chill being the only downer.

Sunday 5th May 2013

 Waves have picked back up again and are in the 4-5ft range from the SE, joined by a moderate S wind. The wave face still seem pretty clean with the odd good one coming through, just depends on how much this wind picks up, with the protected southern corner the best bet. A pretty cloudy day with a chilly wind.

Saturday 4th May 2013

 Waves have dropped really fast and are in the 1-2ft range from the ESE, joined by a really light to calm NW wind making it nice and clean. There is the odd one breaking but few and far between and a bit of a let down after yesterday. A partly cloudy day but quite warm already.

Friday 3rd May 2013

 Swell is still up and is in the 4-5ft range from the SE, joined by a light WSW wind making conditions fairly clean. The swell seems a little lumpy and a little unorganized but there is a fair bit of swell around and should be able to find an ok wave around. A bit better looking day with a few clouds but mostly fine.

Thursday 2nd May 2013

 A really strong S wind is blowing this morning making conditions pretty ugly, it has however picked up the swell to be in the 3-4ft range and may continue to pick up with this strong wind. The protected southern corners will be the best option to find a wave today and while there is a bit of swell around there is hope. A lot of dark clouds to the S and could be a strong chance of showers today.

 Waves are looking really nice this morning and have picked up a bit to be in the 3ft range from the SE, joined by a nice light W wind making it nice and clean. Some good looking peaks all over the place and definitely worth getting wet sooner than later. A partly cloudy day but not looking too bad.
