 Waves are still holding in around the 2-3 ft mark from the ENE, joined by a fairly light N wind. The waves have some pretty good shape and the wind has not affected them too much with some pretty nice peaks all over the place. A pretty good looking day and worth getting wet for the last surf of the year.

Sunday 30th Dec 2012

 ESE wind and swell this morning with the waves in the 2ft range with the odd bigger set. The wind is quite light but still strong enough to put a slight chop the the wave faces, the waves have some pretty good shape but just depends on what the wind does. A really overcast day but pretty mild temps to start the day.

Saturday 29th Dec 2012

 Waves have picked up again to be in the 3-4ft range from the ESE, joined by a light S wind making conditions a little choppy. There are a few consistent lines coming through with some descent shape, but the wind is putting a bit of chop on the wave faces making it a little difficult, with the protected southern corners will be the best bet. A partly cloudy day and a slight chill in the wind.

Friday 28th Dec 2012

 Nice and clean conditions this morning, with the waves in the 2-3ft range from the E and a light W wind blowing. There are small peaks all over the place, with some really nice shaped waves coming through, the only downer is that they are lacking a little push. The day is looking really good with a warm start and only a few clouds, definitely worth getting wet this morning.

 Waves are still hanging around the 3-4ft range from the E, joined by a light SW wind making conditions fairly clean. there seems to be a mix of swell making it a little lumpy and bumpy but there is still some descent rideable waves coming through. A partly cloudy day with a slight chill in the air and still worth getting wet.

 SE wind and swell this morning making conditions pretty ugly, there is still the odd ok wave coming through in the 3-4ft range, with the protected southern corners the best options. Another really cloudy day with a chance of more showers.

Tuesday 25th Dec 2012

 Waves are still in the 3ft range from the E, joined by a SE wind making things a little choppy. There is still the left over NE swell from yesterday that is getting hit by the SE wind making the waves quite messy, there is still the odd rideable one but only for the really keen all the ones that got new boards for chrissy. Not the best looking day with a lot of cloud around and may be a chance of a shower. Wishing everyone a very MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!

Monday 24th Dec 2012

 Waves have dropped a little but are still in the 2-3ft range from the NE, the wind is a light to calm NW, making conditions fairly clean. Again there are some pretty nice shaped waves around, with small peaks all over the place, there does seem to be a bit of backwash and a bit of a bump through the waves, but still worth getting wet. There are a few clouds around this morning but another warm and humid start to the day.

 Waves are still in the 4ft range from the NE, joined by a really light NW wind making conditions quite clean. There are some great looking waves coming through with some really long running lefts, a bit like yesterday there is a bit of a wait for the sets, but when they come is it well worth it. A gorgeous looking day and looks like its going to be a hot one, don't,t hesitate, get out there.

Saturday 22nd Dec 2012

 Waves have picked up a little with some nice size sets coming through in the 4ft range from the NE, a light NE wind is blowing making it semi clean. There are some nice running lefts that seem to go on and on, while the odd right is even running a little, there is a bit of a wait for the sets but well worth it. Another overcast but warm and humid start to the day.

Friday 21st Dec 2012

 Waves have picked up a bit and are in the the 3-4ft range from the E, joined by a light to fresh ESE wind. The wind has helped pick up the swell but has also made it a little messy and unorganised with different direction swells colliding and making it a little choppy, there is the odd good one and may be as the day progresses may sort itself out. A really overcast day with the wind putting a little chill on it.

 Waves are still hanging around the 2-3ft range from the NE, joined by a light WNW wind making conditions really clean. there are some great shaped waves this morning, with some nice running lefts and the odd right, if anything to complain about is that it seems to be lacking a little push. An overcast but warm day, definitely worth getting wet.

 Waves are mostly in the 2ft range this morning with the odd slightly bigger set from the NE, joined by a light ENE wind, which is putting a slight bit of chop on the wave faces. The waves look a bit more organised and have some pretty nice shape, just a little small and lacking a bit of push. A partly cloudy day but pretty warm temps again today.
